COVID-19 Disclaimer

Currently, there is the possibility of slight delays for orders from our warehouses or individual carriers.

We are doing everything we can to maintain our normal expectations, and we appreciate your patience as we take every precaution to ensure the safety of our teams and logistics partners during these times.

We are working hard to ensure that our orders are shipped on time, but please be aware that our carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.) are experiencing high demand, which may cause delays.

Careful packing and shipping

We understand our customers' concerns about privacy and discretion. All items we ship will be delivered in plain cardboard boxes without any markings or information. It is not stated on our shipping label and we make every effort to ensure that our packages are discreet.

Therefore, our packages are delivered to you in standard shipping boxes (plain brown boxes or USPS priority mailboxes). Our packages were shipped separately it wasn't mentioned on the package.

However, the item information will appear on your credit card statement. There is nothing we can do to change this and we apologise in advance for any inconvenience this may cause.

For security reasons, we reserve the right to add signature requirements to any order at our sole discretion. This is to prevent fraud and underage orders. We attach great importance to preventing illegal orders.

We cannot guarantee dates or times of arrival. While we try our best to prevent any delay, orders may be held up due to unforeseen circumstances.

We provide free domestic shipping and low cost international shipping for all products.

Delivery time and delivery speed

Please note that shipping time does not include processing time to pack and create the order. Once you place your order, our shipping team will try to pack it up and send it to you. If placed before 10am, most orders are shipped the same day. However, there may be unforeseen delays and processing times of up to two days.

In rare cases of holiday or special sales, the processing time may be between 2 and 3 days. Rest assured, the increased processing time just means that our shippers need a little more time to carefully process each order. Orders will not be packaged during U.S. holidays and other postal services are closed. Delivery time does not guarantee a package's arrival date.

In the case of Novel Coronavirus, one of our priorities as a brand is that you can receive items purchased online in the shortest possible time. Due to the situation we are going through, we cannot ensure the strict and punctual delivery times we strive to provide.

All our packages are shipped via USPS, UPS or FedEx. We offer a variety of speeds through these carriers. After the carrier picks up the package, the tracking label will be sent by email. You will not receive tracking number email until your package has been processed, packaged and labeled for postal service pickup. You can use our order tracking tool here to track the status of your order.

Items damaged in transit

All packages damaged in transit will be replaced with the same or equivalent as agreed with the customer. Before sending a return package, the damaged package must be photographed and documented. Customer must be notified of the interruption within two days of receipt of the package.

Please note: for all packages that are damaged or broken in transit, we will fix this problem as soon as possible. Please remain calm and polite throughout the process of replacing broken items. Getting angry about the situation won't speed up the process.

Tariffs and Taxes 

When your order arrives in your country, duties and taxes may be paid if your purchase exceeds the duty-free threshold. 

In most cases, our products will be below this threshold, so no fees will be paid. 

However, if you want to be sure, you will be able to get this information from your local customs office to determine if your order will incur any additional charges to enter your country.
